Lene Espersen in blog on CSR


Economic and Business Affairs (former Minister of Justice) Lene Espersen Field Mann shoots Commerce and the Agency's corporate blog on CSR started. Her post is titled: "Social Responsibility in a time of crisis" and act as the title suggests about social responsibility in a time of crisis. The Conservative minister has a difficult task at present. Anders Fogh going to NATO, and Lars Lykke Rasmusssen must therefore steer the government through the crisis as the new prime minister. Finally, the SF wind in the sails, where especially Sovndal teases.

Focus on corporate social responsibility

Deputy Prime Minister is particularly concerned ef opportunities for business-driven CSR. As she says:

"Working with CSR is not only justified in a surplus situation. The companies that engage actively in corporate social responsibility, also in an economic crisis, not only sends a valuable signal to bankers and investors about the company builds on a long term sustainable business strategy. They also have good opportunities to strengthen konkurrencevenen because the development of responsible products and business concepts can provide access to new markets. "

    Is not a big fan of Lene Espersen, But after all, nice to see that she has a focus on CSR. However, she is not more environmentally conscious than she was not afraid to charter a plane to only one person ....

    Yes, focus and no action is perhaps not so much focus anyway. But gotta start somewhere .. or?
