Positive deviance in social projects

Positive deviance (PD) is a practice-based methodology used to create change in organizations / communities. PD is based on the premise that solutions to a community (or organizational) problems already exist within the "community". In an organization (or society) will usually always be a "positive deviates (PD)", with its approach to
